Our philosophy is expressed in a very simple concept: few proposals but truly fatte properly.
The search for first-rate ingredients, local and genuine raw materials have always accompanied our approach to cooking. Our proposals take inspiration from the land and encapsulate values of sustainability and respect for the environment.
The care of our vineyard is fundamental for us and this love can be felt when sipping our wine, which you can taste together with one of our culinary proposals.

“Wow, this is the best bike bar I’ve ever been in.
It is on a real vineyard. It is possible to reserve seating under the vines. They have water, a bathroom, a bike rack and tools, and ample bicycle parking. Lots of covered seating even from the sun. Great place to refuel.”
